Stuck at 209 . Requesting advice

I’ve been on this journey since March/ April- ish . I say ish because I was always trying to lose weight but i didn’t really lock in until then. My heaviest I was 235lbs.
For the past 3 weeks I have been stuck at 209 . I was elated on Monday when I weighed myself and the scale said 206!. I didn’t change a thing but the very next day I was back at 209 and have stayed there since.
Current routine is :
Calorie count - 1400 - 1600> daily ( the goal is 1400 but I will admit I do go over some days)
Exercise - gym 6 days a week , every day is a total body workout for 1 hour (arms , legs , abs (sometimes I skip abs , back and cardio)).
And while at work I try to get 10k - 15k steps a day
I track every single thing I put in my mouth and am very honest with myself about my calories.
People are starting to take notice of my weight loss and I am as well.
I was always the type that didn’t care about numbers on the scale as long as I was physically seeing the results. And I am seeing them, so I won’t quit, but I’m wondering if I’m gonna stay at 209 forever??
Is there anything I need to adjust with my routine?
