I'm starting to get pissed with chi-fi qc icl. This is the 2nd iem in the past 2 months that died on me due to driver failure, first being my blessing 2 dusk. Worst still, is that none of these are "budget iems".

Anyway, today I woke up and my monarch mk 2 subbass on the left was significantly lower than on the right. More notably, the subbass on the left below 80 Hz is basically inaudible. The mid bass is still about the same though. Has anyone encountered this issue with thieaudio iems before and know how much it costs to repair or how the process is like to get it repaired?
