Affordable alternatives to greek yoghurt?
I'm looking for affordable alternatives to greek yoghurt to use in shakes and protein bowls and such?
Is there any non-sour curd that's available in the market that I can further strain which would make it taste similar to greek yoghurt with lower cost?
