I got accepted to both the National Youth Science Camp and Summer Science Program, and I’m trying to decide which one would be better for college applications. I’m planning to apply early to schools like Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stanford University, and Harvard University.
I’ve published research, done pretty well in Olympiads, and as an underrepresented woman in STEM, I feel like I have a solid shot. I want to major in biochem, and I got into SSP for biochemistry specifically, so I’m wondering which program would help my application more or be more worthwhile overall.
