Advisorys upfront at sale?
ENGLAND SALE
My car passed its MOT in Feb with some minor advisories to consider
To be honest they all sound pretty scary though the garage tell me theyre not
My question is, i want to sell to get a bigger car as this is a 2 seater sports car that im growing out of, of course I will be upfront with any buyer about the advisories (theyre visible if they google the car on gov page anyway) but what is the norm in terms of advertising?
Do i need to list the individual advisories? Just say that there are some minor advisories or just wait till they come and view?
Overall the car is in excellent condition for its age and top spec of its kind
