My wife and I will be moving to Phoenix in a couple months for her job and have narrowed a place down to a couple complexes we found to be nice in our price range. We have one 16 month old and a 3 month old and we want something with a decent location and family friendly. Between Prose Desert River and Haven at Arrowhead which would you guys recommend?
