Hi everyone. We have a Jayline insert fireplace. Has been in the home since 2013. Was inspected 2 years ago and we were told it’s in great condition. I have just noticed this beam is bowed. It holds up the firebricks, which it is still doing fine. It has dropped approx 5-10mm in the center, and is welded to the sides.
Just wondering if this is normal and if I need to be worried? I’m assuming it’s been like this for some time I just haven’t noticed it.
