Hi all - need a bit of advice. I found an apartment in Lincoln Square that has the following: -2 beds -1 bath -In unit laundry -Garage parking (for an additional $150) -Balcony -800-900 sqft -Top Floor unit (4 floors total in building)

Additional Fees: -$105 shared services fee (includes water, sewer, trash, snow removal, landscaping, etc.)

Potential cons: -Sits on Western so may potentially be high traffic noise -Building has no other amenities

Is this a good deal for the area or can I do better price wise? New to Chicago and the area.
