Has anyone had the same issue? I’ve transferred USDT using SOL from CoinsPH to Okx before, earlier this morning I couldn’t find OKX in the Appstore so I deposited
my BTC to coinsPH, I thought I had to use SOL again but turns out it should have been BTC.

The transaction is successful based in Solcan so Coinsph received it, I message their support team but they refuse to retrieve the credit.

I’ve explored other ways to retrieve this balance, including reaching out to OKX support, unfortunately since the transaction was already completed OKX couldn’t do anything about it anymore.
