I have been learning Adobe Premiere. To get to the point. I am trying to make a collage of my twin for our birthday. I have this one photo of him playing with a doll at a young age. I wanted to include the clip of Ken Jeong from Community saying "Gay." Its a classic clip. I have looked into copy right just a little bit. But the more I get into ideas like such as this, I worry about getting in trouble for using a clip I wasn't allowed to. I see others use the clip in videos but was permission granted first? I would love any suggestions as to learning all the ins and out when it comes to copyright use and how to use it correctly. I hope this question is sufficient.
