Arduino based mouse grip test
Hi everyone,
I’m working on a muscle-focused project in a cancer research lab, and because of that we don’t have access to some of the equipment commonly used for muscle physiology experiments, such as a grip strength meter.
I’d like to build a low-cost grip strength test system using an Arduino-based setup and a load cell. I’ve already found a few projects online, but many of them seem incomplete or lack detailed instructions.
I have access to a small 3D printer, so I can design/print the plastic components myself, and I already own an Arduino Nano and a load cell.
Has anyone here built or used a similar system? I’d really appreciate any advice, design suggestions, wiring examples, code, calibration tips, or experimental protocols for mouse grip strength testing.
Thanks a lot! :)
