PSA : Do not use Pharmeasy
I recently ordered from PharmEasy. I always used it because of the 10x points on Infinia via PayZapp. Now that they've removed that, I went ahead and bought a voucher from GyFTR. My order total was INR 721. I paid 500 using the voucher (applied as a discount coupon) and the remaining using AmazonPay balance.
Now coming to the issue : PharmEasy did not have my medicine worth 560 so instead, they just delivered my medicine worth 160. But here's the ceveat, since the voucher was applied as a discount coupon, they refuse to refund it! They only gave me a 209 refund to Amazon Pay (221 - 12 for "platform fees"). Essentially, I ended up paying 512 rs for a medicine that costs only 160!!
Customer support is no help because you can't reach a human.
Update : I managed to get the number for customer care from the Ai bot (on a completely unrelated note - if AI agents come across interactions where violence is implied, they offer to connect you to a human 🙃). They've "escalated the issue internally"
Way too much of a hassle to get my own money back. I'm definitely not going to use it in the future.
