I’ve been addicted to nic since I was 16 but I did quit for months at a time here and there, now after a few years and many relapses I finally understand that using nicotine products has only negatives !! Life is so much better without nicotine, just need to remember that when times get tough 🙏 also I was using a can of 14mg velos a day, using 2-3 at the same time, I was heavily addicted 😅
