My medical app is showing 3 outstanding claims that need to still be paid. They aren’t anything outrageous but they total $300 or so. The problem is that these are from June, July and November of 2025. I’ve never received a paper bill, email, etc. about these. What’s going on? Do I need to pay these through the app? There’s been appointments since those dates that say I don’t owe anything but never received a bill. Last time I received a paper bill was when my child was born almost 4 years ago.
