HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT SECTORS

Hi all,

I have been given a job as a healthcare recruitment consultant but tbh I don't know much about recruitment so would really appreciate someone's help on this. The agency where I have been offered a job have asked me what specific sector in recruitment would I be interested in.

They have given me until my start date to decide and have asked me to do my research.

Does anyone here work in healthcare recruitment know which is the best sector within healthcare?

These are the sectors they told me to select from:

**Residential, Housing & Social Care**

  1. Homecare agencies

  2. Nursing homes

  3. Residential homes

  4. Supported living

  5. Supported housing

  6. Shared lives

  7. Community services - Learning disabilities

  8. Education disability services

**Primary Care & Dental**

  1. Doctors/GPs

  2. Mobile doctors

  3. Dentist

  4. Phone/online advice

**Acute, Clinical & Emergency Medical**

  1. Hospital

  2. Clinic

  3. Urgent care centres

  4. Ambulances

  5. Diagnosis/screening

  6. Blood and transplant service

  7. Hyperbaric chamber services

**Mental Health, Inclusion & Rehabilitation**

  1. Hospitals - Mental health/capacity

  2. Community services - Mental Health

  3. Prison healthcare

  4. Rehabilitation (illness/injury)

  5. Rehabilitation (substance abuse)

  6. Community services - Substance abuse

**Community & Palliative Care**

1.Community health service

  1. Community services - Healthcare

  2. Community services - Nursing

  3. Hospice

  4. Home hospice care

  5. Long-term conditions

I want to do a sub sectors that is always in need for staff and nothing that almost impossible like extremely hard to fill roles. I was thinking Dentist, Doctors/GPs, or Nursing homes.

Any input on this will be highly appreciated.
