Great property near Cooper's Lake

I don't know exactly why I do this to myself, but I admit I look for property I can neither afford, nor need. I found the most gloriously insane Pennsic-adjacent property!

1834 brick farmhouse, 2½ acres, four fireplaces, original woodwork, and only a few miles from Cooper's Lake.

The exterior looks fantastic.

The interior, on the other hand... Some of the floors are down to the structural members, and it looks like the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, and probably a substantial amount of the flooring would need to be completely redone. When they said original woodwork, they meant it.

As a house? Completely beyond my means. And where does my family live while we do the work?

As a Pennsic base? Odin smiles down!

I regret discovering this property. But someone out there might be right for it. So I post it here! Enjoy.
