Help Finding Maintenance

I have a question about maintenance calories that I’m unsure about. For background information, I’m 5’6, late 20sF, and started my weight loss journey at 160 lbs in August. In March I hit my goal weight of 130 lbs and decided I needed to pursue body recomposition, so I began strength training while eating at what I thought was the proper small deficit of 1400 cal. I noticed I was still losing weight so I gradually upped my daily intake to 1650 cal, which I’m at now. My weight is currently sitting at 123 lbs, and while I’m not mad at the extra weight loss, I know my weight should ideally be staying the same in a proper body recomposition (losing fat while gaining muscle). I don’t want to gain weight, so I’m a little afraid to up my calories again because it feels too high. How do I go about balancing increased calories without overshooting it?

Other relevant info: I run 2x per week, 5k each time. I strength train 3x per week: one lower, one upper, and one full body day. I don’t feel like I’m active enough to justify any significant jump in calories since I’m pretty sedentary outside of my workouts. Maintenance is uncharted grounds for me, so any advice is appreciated!
