Is it possible to obtain a 6-pack license with three DUI convictions in my past, the most recent occurring three years ago?

Since then, I have completed an intensive sobriety program and have maintained sobriety for the past three years. I fully recognize that I made poor decisions in the past, but I am focused on building a better future and would appreciate any advice or insight from those with experience in this area.

I reviewed the U.S. Coast Guard guidelines regarding criminal offenses and saw that the waiting period for applicants with more than two offenses is two years from the date of the most recent conviction. Based on that information, I’m hopeful I may still have a path forward.
