The rash. Is it from bupropion?
Hello all. I started taking 150mg about a week ago in addition to my adhd stimulant medication. The photos are in chronological order from the first day I noticed redness/itchiness, then when I started getting small mumps, then what it looks like now.
About 2 days in, I got a bad red rash across my chest and my nape. It was mostly just red and really itchy. I let my psych know and she said it could be anything and to keep going. The next day most of the itching went away, but I started getting little white dots in the red area that looked like pimples/white heads. By the next day, I had more and could tell they weren't pimples but instead little blister like dots. Now on the 5th day, and the dots are starting to form slightly larger bubbles maybe ?
I have zero pain. It doesn't hurt to touch at all. And the rash area has not spread, it has been localized to the exact same spot since the beginning. No swelling, breathing fine. Literally just redness and these little dots/bubbles that look like it might skin peel later.
I have seen other mention reactions, but their rashes don't look or behave like mine from all the posts I've been reading. I got this immediately, not after 3-4 weeks. Mine aren't welts, they are almost like sun rush bumps. And mine aren't spreading out to other parts of the body.
Does this look/sound like a medicine reaction? It is behaving almost exactly like a sun rash but I have hardly been in the sun this week, so I'm confused. Still trying to setup another appointment with the doctor but was wonder8ng if anyone had something similar ?
