Kind of did a riff on my usual bougie greyhounds as I like to call them. Had some tasty Cara Cara’s available and no effervescent grapefruit juice on hand. But did have an Olipop Pineapple Paradise on deck so this Cactus Cooler equivalent came together.

Anyways, mix in glass:

.25 oz simple if you’re a sicko like me or emit. It’s good both ways I tried it with and without.

1.25 oz (or more if you get down like that) gin of choice. Today I went for The Botanist.

Add ice.

Add orange slices.

Top with Olipop Pineapple Paradise or equivalent effervescent pineapple soda.
