Pick up point identification

So, I wanted to buy a couple of things from Temu, and to have them delivered to a pick up point.

Thing is, due to how they've been doing things in terms of privacy, with all the ID stuff, I don't feel comfortable using my real name, or phone number, or address (that's why I send it to a pick up point). However, I know I need some identification to get the package, once it arrives.

My question is, does the identification work like Amazon, where you can access the code to the locker with the app? Do they send it your email? And, as a bonus, has anyone had problems with the package arriving to your address instead of the pick up point?
