Bravo Six, going dark. Yggdrasis Garm Ripper, Complete!

My first Block2 kit! The build was still not too different from older kits. I was surprised at how layered the sleeves and thigh armor parts were. Also there's also a bunch alternative parts available such as ear-less head parts, and black/gray straps for the arms and legs respectively instead of the neon yellow-green. The gun can also be configured in multiple ways, which is pretty interesting.

She's almost a head shorter than the AUV line, which I found funny. But her proportions are much better though. For articulation, I found this to be around equal to older kits. Though this one has the advantage of having no obtrusive accessories and is much smoother to move around.

For negatives, I found the hip-leg gap to be quite visible in most poses I do. Also the goggles aren't painted in neon yellow, which sucks a lot since I was actually expecting to be preprinted or something.

9/10 kit though. Very clean build experience. Lots of alternative/spare parts for other kit use. Highly recommend if you can get over the unpainted goggles and the literal thigh gaps.

The dragon is cool too I guess. Daytime Meteor, Complete!

My experience of this kit is kinda of a mixed bag. In spite of the fact that the kit itself is very good. The dragon's so big that I couldn't fit it in my light box. So I took some pics in an empty room, saw that they looked terrible save for one pose, and gave up taking more. So you'll be getting pics of just the girl instead.

To start off, I'm impressed with the amount of stuff that came with the box. Like the art book, lore book. display trifold, and summoning circle box which are really neat. However I noticed immediately that the illustrated girl guide in the manual was very obviously AI generated. Which calls into question how if the art in the art book are actually drawn concept art or just AI generated as well.

The girl was actually very impressively detailed for how simple her build was. Though it needs to be brought out by panel lining. She also has way more accessories and optional parts than I expected. The default face plate looks goofy, not in a good way. Biggest problem of the girl is her arm articulation with the pauldrons on. She constantly blocks her hair with it. Though this is mitigated by having the optional shoulder parts with no pauldron ball joint.

The dragon, on the other hand, was fairly complex. Especially with the wing parts. I've lost a few pieces to the evil "floor devil". But it wasn't too noticeable anyway. The big issues I found were digits popping while trying to make it stand as well as loose pegs on the hind legs and the wing "backpack". The wing one is especially problematic with the pose I decided to go with since it would constantly pop off due to the wings' weight raising it up. But that doesn't really diminish from the quality of the dragon. It's absolutely majestic, and would probably be the most eyecatching piece of anyone's collection when posed with its wings spread.

Finally, the stands included with the set are an absolute godsend. You get so many auxillary arms and bases that you'll probably have 1-2 of each leftover to use for other kits.

Overall:

Girl - 7/10. Surprisingly detailed parts. Pauldrons are terrible. Everything else is serviceable.

Dragon 10/10. It's what you're buying this kit for anyway.

Overall Experience - 8/10. - The AI-generated illustrations and floor devil docked a few points, sadly. But that's a nitpick and a skill issue respectively. So it's essentially a 10/10 kit.
