I have reviewed older posts and I can’t find anything recent. I’d like your opinions on who is a good agent for selling a single family home:

1. The property is in a good neighborhood
2. It’s a great property

As I’m not worried it will sell I’m more focused on a good price after fees, fair value. Thank you so much for any agents you think will look out for my best interest.
