2.7 L Turbomax

Just Drove off Big Chevy Dealership (Banks) with 2021 2.7L turbomax with 72.000 , vehicle was originally from there and they got it back in a trade, there are no service records of it ever getting transmission maintenance, I brought it back to the dealership 2 weeks later because It constantly has the rumble strip vibrations, and doesn’t like to Downshift unless I give it more gas ‘ which will also cause it to Shutter.
I had a Chevy tech test drive it, “it doesn’t throw any codes he says and that’s pretty much common most of Chevy vehicles drive like crap “ - these are his words…
I said ‘you feel it when you drive right’ he Shrugs and says it’s not severe enough to Address… Long story Long it comes down to me telling him well I have a Pretty good Warranty and when my Transmission drops out you guys are going to have to throw more time and money at this, instead of doing the preventative maintenance,.. they said Yep nothing we can do right now drive it till it fails and we can put it back together.. hahahah is this baffling
