How do you stop yourself from catastrophising?

I'm 3 weeks post TT, and my detailed results have come back as well-differentiated PTC with tall cell component. BRAF positive, extranodal extension, angioinvasion, extranodal extension.

ATA risk is high, with a 30% recurrence rate...

But the staging and MACIS prognosis is good.

It's just that it's hard to put the concerning features away and not to think about it.
