Was told past routine inspection was affecting possibly of new rental?
So, recently I was told by my REA that our past routine inspections were hindering my partner and I's ability to get another rental (our lease ended and we've been trying to find a place for months). Are they actually able to show other landlords the pictures of past inspections? In the time we've lived here we've been breached once and promptly fixed the problem. It's been near 6 years, but I was told that due to our inspections the landlords may not like us??? When I asked what she meant because we'd only been breached the one time, I was told that landlords look more closely at things than they do.
So...yeah, google wasn't much help but did tell me that it's not normal for this to happen and if it does they're supposed to get consent?
