My apologies to those for whom this is just a repeat. However, I would like to provide a post so that those blocked by corpusvile2 can respond.

I personally believe that mass-blockers like corpusvile2 should not be allowed to do original posts since doing so runs the risk of preventing any casual readers from hearing both sides of any argument. Seriously look at the comments. The only innocentisti appear to be the mods. Let corpus start their very own "Amanda Knox is Guilty" subreddit if they want.

It also demonstrates mass-blocker narcissism. Corpusvile2's post has the highest up vote count seen in this subreddit for quite some time. Well not a surprise when anyone who would disagree is blocked from voting. It's like scoring a touchdown when the opposing team is still on the bus from the airport.

Now if you disagree and don't mind blockers doing original posts, then feel free to say so here.

I'm not afraid of debate.

Yet after his release from jail, Lumumba told quite a different story to the news media, wherein he called Kercher "a beautiful girl" who made wonderful vodka mojitios.

So someone's lying.

Scenario 1: The police fabricated Lumumba's statement about never meeting Kercher in his life.

What??? The Dudley Do-Rights of the Apennine Peninsula not telling the truth? Perish the thought! So what else did these sacks lie about? Did they lie about smacking Knox around in the interrogation room? Did they lie about not recording Knox's interrogation? Did they lie about over-amplifying the DNA samples?

Scenario 2: Lumumba lied to the police.

Well why would an innocent person do that? I'm told by guilters that Italian Five-Oh are just a bunch of cuddle-bears. If anything, their mistake was being too motherly towards Knox. Yeah OK. Mother-somethings is more like it.

Or could it be that innocent people might panic and say things that aren't true when placed under enough stress and fear?

And if Lumumba did lie to the police isn't that in guilter-land deserving of intense police scrutiny? Supposedly innocent people never stray from the truth and even have perfect recall, never forgetting or confusing the order of events. So Lumumba lying to the police must have meant that he was hiding *something*. Maybe not participating in the murder, but as many have said about Knox, knowing more than he's telling?

In any event, in this scenario, according to guilter logic, the police had good reason to hang onto Lumumba and so the accusation that Knox held the keys to his cell and could have had him released at any time is sheer nonsense.

I realize that this post runs the risk of looking like a vanity exercise but I think it's important for folks to realize what a flaming dumpster fire AI is despite all the hype to the contrary.

We should all be careful, myself included, before trusting AI results.

And again please forgive me for posting about myself. But look at it this way. Perhaps this is the one issue where the innocentisti and colpevolisti can agree?

Please forgive this reposting but it would be nice to get this subreddit out from underneath the carpet-bombing of someone who apparently can't spell the word "believe".

Someone dialed 911 from Kercher's phone the night of the murder and given that this is an emergency number particular to the United States it provides clear evidence that Knox was present at the murder and overcome with a momentary sense of guilt and remorse.

Forgive me as the innocentisti know that this is nonsense, but the myth has refused to die.

As far as I can tell the genesis, or just perhaps the vocal proponent, of this claim is Prof. Simona Carlotta Sagnotti, a professor of logic at the University of Perugia who used her galaxy brain to untangle the "logical" conundrum of the 911 call.

There's just one tiny little problem. The stupid little troll got the number wrong. The penultimate number called was 901, which is for voicemail on the network Kercher was using.

It's no wonder then that Knox continually faces an uphill battle to clear her name in Italy when so-called professors are babbling nonsense in college lecture halls about the case.

Edit: Apparently someone is big mad over being "shamed". Gosh! I wonder how they'd feel if they were an innocent person who keeps getting accused of being a creepy sex murderer!

So one of the mouthier Knox haters is a certain Matthew Steeples from the UK. Matthew isn't reticent about voicing his opinion calling Knox a "repugnant specimen".

Fine. Whatever. As we used to say ( but don't seem to say now ), it's free country, man.

But today tough guy Matthew joined a pile-on mocking a woman with disabilities just to score some cheap shots against politicians he doesn't like.

Lord knows I'm infamous for saying hurtful things, but never against innocent bystanders.

This behavior is appalling. She's dressed up for the evening and perhaps having the time of her life, only to be held up for public ridicule.

Edit: So one of our guilter scholars has opined that that there is something abnormal about me to "care about some twitter rando".

One of the reasons I keep an eye on Steeples is he recently touted an essay about the murder of Meredith Kercher from a good friend of his, a creepy Russian emigre now living in Italy. That essay was absolutely unhinged and bore almost no resemblance to reality. At one point the author claimed
