Update: Refinished the original Red Oak. Natural Bona Satin finish.
Found this under the carpet and refinished natural. I love how it turned out. 1969 build.

Found Under Carpet
Tearing up the carpet in my duplex and this is what I found. I think it’s original to the house. (1969) Is this worth cleaning up or should I just re-carpet? Second floor of a duplex, not sure if noise would be a factor either.
