I am likely to receive offer for a Staff Engineer role at Qualcomm India.

I'm trying to understand the current market compensation so I can quote a reasonable expected salary.

I'd appreciate any recent data points on:

• Base salary (fixed)
• Initial RSUs and annual refresh grants
• Joining bonus
• Total compensation
