I got the best supercharger JT purple and contraband H1 headers but i spent 10k gold should i keep it or load to save

Are there any good Drag wheels or just drag in general mods for every car even mods like 15x16 or 16x16 or bigger. and how do engine mods work do I have to make the engine in the engine section empty and go to the license plate and choose and it'll show up in the bay.
