Like how did you land your first campaign manager job? Did you start off in marketing/UGC/social media or was it something completely different?

I’m really curious because I’ve been working on the creator/UGC side and I’m interested in getting into this space too. Would love to know how you guys got started + what actually helped you land the role.

Requirements: • Based in the USA, UK, Canada, or Australia

• Comfortable creating TikTok, Reels, and Shorts-style content

• Fluent English speaker

• Experience with UGC/content creation is a plus

Compensation: • $1.50 USD per 1,000 qualified views • Performance-based earnings • No upfront payment •

Higher-performing creators have the opportunity to earn more based on content reach
