Is there a way to mitigate the note duplicating between the Nomad and Manta? Reading some other threads there was mention of being able to avoid this by not having the same journal opened on both devices when syncing, but that didn't work for me.
When uploading books through the ios partner app they don't always seem to synch to the cloud, yet they always appear on my device. What am I doing wrong?
Ordered a crystal nomad Tuesday the 16th. Hasn't shipped. Sent an email about 24hrs ago inquiring about shipping timeframe and haven't received a response. Wondering if the order or email has been received or if there's been some type of glitch, or if it's in backorder, etc...? Any supernote employees on here able to check on it for me? I'm leaving on a trip this coming Wednesday and am hoping it can be delivered before then. Might have to cancel and reorder later if not.

After trying 5 different devices from competitors, I bought a Manta about two weeks ago. I'm in love with it, especially the digest feature. So I decided to buy the nomad for a little more portability.
I'm loving the plugin capabilities and am planning to implement them on the nomad as well. Given the latest firmware just dropped, will it ship with said firmware, and if so, will I be able to change to the plugin preview firmware to add my plugins?
