I added to the app the languages portuguese and spanish.
Also made some improvements to the keyboard navigation for who want to use it in an andoid tv.
In the preferences screen, the button to clear cache now clears all cache, including torrent cache.

I have implemented the external subtitles, searches for subtitles in OpenSubtitles and the users can set the offset timing of the subtitles.
In the preferences screen there is a button to set the OpenSubtitles API key, you must provide your own key at least for now, maybe in the future I will be able to afford a key for everybody.
You can register and create your own API key here: https://www.opensubtitles.com/consumers
In the player screen you will see the results from OpenSubtitles below the list of embedded subtitles.
When an external subtitle is selected and activated the button to adjust the timing offset will be enabled, you can click it and adjust the timing of the subtitle if you need it.
In the next version I will include the subtitles configuration in the Preferences screen, so you will be able to set the font, size, colors and position.
