I imagine it happened in customs. I have seen plenty of knife cuts going through packaging but this is crazy. Emailed them and they said they aren't responsible. Really frustrated, I asked them about a replacement shell and said I'd even pay but the responses stopped. Looks like im stuck with it. Good luck to everyone waiting on them.
