Hi. Since june 2024 my ferritin hgb and iron keep going below due to irregular periods after endo surgery (4-5 days heavy bleeding with 18-23 day cycle) the last blood work said iron is 8 ferritin 1 and hgb is 11 (healthy min for hgb is 12). Since last 2-3 months i developed serious arm chest upper back and neck pain in both sides 7/24 and diagnosed with fibromyalgia, also having impending doom sensation and anxiety/ panic attacks like i cannot breath feel like gonna faint or die, cannot even sleep properly due to muscle pain.. rest of my blood work are fine except low vitamin d.
Have you ever experienced such thing due to being anemic? I had internal bleeding 2 times before the surgery caused by endo cysts, which was so intense that i required infusions with hgb of 7.2 even that time i didnt feel much except shortness of breath and low blood pressure.

I will start ivf treatment soon and also diagnosed with UCTD. I want to ask how was your treatment without any medicine, as i am not using any yet. Will use aspirine and plaquenil only during pregnancy as advised from doctors. (Ssa positive ana positive rest are normal) my question how is it went during hormone treatment, most of the doctors says this is like a hit or miss, either people are feeling completely fine and also in remission during pregnancy or a huge flare with real disease development happens especially during hormone treatment phase. Quite scared here to be honest.. please let me know your experiences.

I have developed serious drug allergies and need to be get tested asap. Could you please recommend a good clinic or hospital that will accept me without a gp referral around Cologne and Dortmund (i can pay) I need to get skin prick/ provocation tests done to determine a suitable nsaid,antibiotic and muscle relaxant.
