I have been informed that I’m being rolled off from the project due to client feedback that I’m not meeting expectations citing slow pace, presence on calls. I’m a L11 who has been at ACN about 18 months. Was on the specific project for 3 months (first month It was upskilling and I was unwell for some of it). This was my first traditional BA role and I had to lead the discovery which I had not done before and was learning as I was going along. I’m worried if this will lead to IP?
