Any plastic surgeons or specialized Docters? I need help understanding why a surgeon would make an incision for the upper bleph like this? 45 degrees from inner corners and higher in crease towards the end. Did he do this on purpose?? I can’t wrap my head around it…

Non incisional upper bleph, med epi and sub brow lift - got upper bleph sutures removed at post 11 wks - AMA

2 small incisions made to remove the sutures and stitches taken out post 3 days. This is me w eyelid tape to keep from ori crease fold from permeating. Do u think a good idea?? This is day 1 of stitches out. Planning on taking off at night when I sleep so scabs can heal.
