First time asking on Reddit sorry!! But I found this in a jewelry jar and I’ve never come across this before til I looked it up! It’s not magnetic and it def has some weight to it. I’d def needs to be cleaned

Edit: the top has Chrome Hearts in a font, Then 1991 going down, and then I THINK it says sterling at the bottom. It’s hard to read
