Today when trying to login in https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/ my account apparently got locked and I'm getting a popup error that says: "用户已锁定". Did this happened to anyone else? How can I fix this

I was admitted in the university in february and uploaded my scholarship in CSC portal march 20, as the sjtu admission office requested, however the status in sjtu is still under review and in CSC as submitted
