It is a landlocked nation consisting of three provinces: Lotus Province, Bir Jadidah Province, and Sapphire Province. Originating in the 21st century, the nation evolved through several historical states before forming its modern identity.
The nation operates as a federal presidential republic. Executive power is held by the Head of State, while legislative authority is vested in the Legislation. The Head of Government oversees coordination between ministries, national agencies, and Parliament.
Huguma is an active participant in the micronational community, maintaining alliances with Insanistan and Vimbia while opposing the Kingdom Jay Empire. Its foreign policy focuses on diplomacy, intelligence, defense cooperation, and cultural exchange.
