Diagnosed with high risk HPV

I got my first Pap smear 2 weeks ago. Im 23 years old and I’ve only had 2 sexual partners my whole life. I went on the app to check why I haven’t been called for my results and it said I’m positive for high risk HPV. Worst news of my life, I don’t want it to progress to cervical cancer. I’m thinking I’ve had it since I was 19 because that my first sexual partner . My current partner couldn’t have given it to me because when I met him he was a virgin and we been with Each other for 4 years and now I feel horrible. I called the clinic to ask for an explanation/ treatment and they said my results were not ready yet so I’m confused. Could it be an error? which I doubt but I’m wondering why they said they weren’t ready if I already pulled out my chart, this is causing me so much stress and anxiety. I been crying about it because I feel like I don’t deserve this because I am not a person to be sleeping around but I understand one person is enough to fuck up your life and I am a victim to it . I’m just looking for advice on how to deal with this emotionally.
