First Time Contract - Help!

Hey everyone,

Looking for some advice, I am moving to a contractor role at my current employer at a day rate of £450 (Outside IR35).

This is my first time, so looking for some help of what I need to do. E.g.

Setup a LTD company?
Do I need an accountant?
Does the employer provide the contract?
What would my take home look like at £450 per day full time each month?
Anything else I need to do?

Thanks

Need Advice

Im very grateful for the opportunity im in but I need to make some fast decisions.

Im currently a PO at a EduTech company approx 100 employees was on about £56k, now they have given me £62k as a counter offer on the below. I go in twice a month

Been offered a PM position at a larger company with poor reviews on glassdoor since being acquired. They will give me 62k fully remote - being a PM for an internal product

I also have another offer from a well reviewed fintech company at £65k 3 days a week in London.

Im considering my options. My role atm I enjoy, its hectic, legacy tech, company is on a AI transformation path and guaranteed a PM title by 2026. I also do a lot of firefighting but I imagine thats product.

Whats your guys views what do you think I should do.

Thanks
