Fall Forest/outdoor wedding (6k)
Hoping maybe some of you could provide ideas/guidance/advice.
I am planning a fall wedding for 2027. I currently live in Japan so logistically this has been super tough. Because of the expense of flying to the US for our wedding, we are on a tight budget. 6k for everything. We will have no more than 80 guests.
Technically we are legally married so we don't need to budget for an officiant or licenses etc. I plan to buy a very cheap dress. My husband already has his suit. I was going to cater something cheap (1.5k olive garden?). We are hoping to have cheap table wine, and everyone else BYOB. Curated Playlist for music. Cheap/minimal decor and we don't have a bridal party so only real florals would be mine. My biggest struggle is the venue.
I'm not limited to a location since we live in Japan and I'm sure my family/friends has no problem traveling for us. That being said I would like some really beautiful fall foliage for the ceremony and/or reception. Preferably an outdoor wedding in the forest. Think "Hobbit wedding". If the venue is able to provide the space, chairs/tables, clean up and bathrooms, we can spend maybe 1.5k-2k. If they require us to use their catering, then we'd be willing to spend 3.5k.
Any ideas of spaces? Or if this is even possible...
