I just recently hit my 9 years at the company with pay of ~129k. I feel like people coming in with lesser experience even at IC2 are making close to 120k and new IC3s are well above 130k with lesser experience.

By no means I am an irreplaceable worker in this place but I know I’m well above average. Starting to think it’s time to make a move for better pay if I can’t get into management or chief engineering organizations. Anybody else feel the same way?
