I'm currently a tax associate in a big 4 firm with 2+ years of experience, and I’m planning to leave soon. I’m now looking for tax role opportunities with better work-life balance and higher compensation.

For those who already exited big 4 firms, saan kayo lumipat? Any companies or industries you’d recommend applying to?

 Appreciate any advice or referrals as I really want to leave this year.
