I currently have an offer from TCS and I’m serving my notice period. Around 2 months are already completed, and only 1 month is left to join.

Now I’ve received a higher package offer from Capgemini. If I inform TCS about the Capgemini offer and ask them to match the package, is there a chance they will revise or match it?

Has anyone faced a similar situation with TCS? What usually happens in this case?

Note: TCS is in my hometown and Capgemini gave a Bangalore location and i would like to stay near my home.
