I’ll be starting my PhD at UTEP in Spring 2027 and I’m beginning to look for affordable housing. I’d appreciate any recommendations for apartments, shared housing, or neighborhoods that are safe, budget-friendly, and convenient for commuting to campus.
If you have any suggestions, approximate rent ranges, or tips for finding good deals, I’d really appreciate it.
Preferably should be below 800$
