Dunu S&S Is Amazing
In the past I have had issues with standard ear tips not staying sealed in my ears. I mainly have issues when I have them in for awhile or when chewing and making facial expressions (mostly smiling), which makes them come unsealed or slip out.
I recently purchased the Dunu S&S eartips and am now running them on my Artti t10 pros, and so far they have been amazing. All the previous issues I have had with traditional eartips are gone with these.
The material is very grippy and doesn't slip at all even in long listening sessions. Even when I pull on them lightly, they don't budge, and it does all this while still being pretty comfortable. The deep fit and better seal has noticeably bettered the sound quality. The sound stage is also noticeably wider compared to the stock eartips.
I think overall the fit just depends on the shape of your ear canal, as some other people seem to have issues with the seal on these.
