What date would my 5 and 10 year mark be based off of? I was rated 100% in March 2018 & didn't get P&T until November 2020. Would my 5 year mark start counting at the initial 100 or the P&T date?

Edit 1: All they did in 2020 was add "P&T". Nothing else changed. All ratings remained the same.
