I want to start exercising more and getting in better shape, but I’m not really sure where to start with the setup I have.
My school has a weight room, but I can’t get into it after hours and we don’t have a separate public gym building or anything like that. At home we mostly just have a treadmill and an exercise bike. but I really don’t want to run on the treadmill.
My main goals are to get stronger and feel happier/confident with my body overall.
What are some good ways to start exercising at home without much equipment? I’m mainly looking for beginner advice, routines, or ideas that are realistic to stick with.
